The Journey That Led Me
to You
I help women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unheard find clarity, confidence, and healing because I’ve been there too. Through my own journey of trauma, faith, and transformation, I created a space where you can feel empowered, validated, and nurtured on your path to becoming the woman you’re called to be.
My Story
“Some people wish they had someone to talk to.” Her words stuck, but it still took nearly two years to fully embrace what God placed in me.”
For years, I downplayed my God-given gifts, convinced they weren’t needed. Over lunch one day, I told a close friend how much I loved holding space for people to feel truly heard—but admitted it felt silly. She looked at me and said, “Friend, that’s amazing. Some people wish they had someone to talk to.” Her words stuck, but it still took nearly two years—filled with prayer, fasting, counseling, and wise voices—to fully embrace what God placed in me.
My story is layered with both pain and grace. I never lived with my biological mother and didn’t meet my father until high school. I’ve faced overeating, addiction, chronic health issues, abuse, depression, failed relationships, job loss, a spouse’s addiction, trauma in childbirth, and the daily challenges of raising a neurodivergent son.
I know what it feels like to feel unwanted, unworthy, and unseen. But I believe with all my heart—nothing is wasted with God. Every trial in my life has become part of a bigger story meant to glorify Him and remind others that hope is real, healing is possible, and no one is beyond redemption. My purpose is simple: to make sure no one walks through this life feeling alone.
